SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region;

• Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure;

• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention;

• Work closely with marketing and sales team in identifying trends and implementing marketing & sales strategies to meet revenue goals;

• Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning;

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis in the region;

• Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for the region;

Requirements:

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or any related Life Sciences field;

• Preferably 2-3 years and above good track records in marketing and sales, portfolio exposure in Genetics, Genomics, Oncology related products, medical device etc would be highly advantageous;

• Strong willingness to learn commercially in the genomics industry and excellent analytical skills;

• Laboratory /Application Specialist candidates who aspire to transition into sales & marketing as part of career plan would be highly encouraged to apply
